At last, i am eligable to be a captain of a maximum 24 meter yacht with this Certificate of Competence for Operators of Pleasure Craft

Now i can continue planning a tour for greek islands on agean sea with a sail boat :)

Edited: (20.04.2010) I learned from a yacht referee that; if a VHF transmitter exists on the ship then you also need a Short Range Transmitter certificate to use that ship.

In Turkish: Eğer kullanılan tekne üzerinde bir Kısa Mesafe VHF telsiz alıcısı/vericisi bulunuyor ise bu durumda tekne müretteatında KMT ehliyetine sahip en az bir kişi gerekmekte. Bunun için Federasyon Sitesinden gerekli yönergeleri izleyip bir KMT ehliyetine sahip olmanız gerekiyor.

Tekne üzerinde bir telsiz alıcısı mevcut değil ise bu durumda sadece ADB (Amatör Denizcilik Belgesi) ile tekneyi (24 metreye kadar) yönetebilirsiniz.
